Incoming calls are ringing but as soon as I accept it hangs up, and I can't call out. Why?

@Samantha8 Try resetting network settings , also can you try the sim ard in another phone to test ? . Also check .

Please reboot the phone once and try Reset All Networks

And you can try to change the network mode to 3G and it might help

and if problem just starts today and it was good before, maybe just network problem today.

If you joined and it never work well, can we know what phone do you have?
