Hi,

I have previously been a PM customer, and therefore have an eversafe account. Trying to come back to PM, but receiving an 'unknown error' page whenever I try to log in. Have also tried in incognito mode, no luck.

Any ideas? Thanks

I would think that the old Eversafe ID should still be valid, but that only the old Self Serve acocunt wouldn't accessible.

So ideally I would like to make a new subscription. However when I try to create a new account, the system tells me that an eversafe account already exist under my email address.

So I then try to log in to that account, and run into my original issue.
