There really are no refunds.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem and contacted the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;CS Agent for a refund too. I have been waiting for a SIM card which expected to deliver on 5th Dec.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
