Dang! If that would be available to existing customers, PM would get 4 * $10 = $40 more per 30days in my extended friends & family circle alone. (No, none of those $15 plans got the recent upgrade texts!) We will continue to use the cheap grandfathered third party data-only plans together with the $15 plans.
