    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did the upgrade from 3G to the 5g 100gb package. Speed has gone from about 3 mbs to less than .5. My wife is in 3 g and still works ok so not likely the network. Help! I have my iPhone 13 set to 5g auto.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/360837"&gt;@publicsteve1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, 5G speed is a marketing term for the throttle limit for the plan.&amp;nbsp; It has nothing to do with network connectivity.&amp;nbsp; You should not experience a degradation in data performance.&amp;nbsp; All plans have access to the 5G/4G/3G network connections.&amp;nbsp; Something else must have happened to cause your performance degradation.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
