Did agents say they would give you refund ? If so it usually take a month to get . Usually advised to ask for credit on the account instead to use towards your next renewal .       <description>&lt;P&gt;I just got mine late last week, was over charged six times when my activation looped.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The agent would need to have opened an investigation and they should have provided you with a reference number for the investigation.&amp;nbsp; If that did not happen, you will unfortunately need to press the agent to open an investigation and provide the reference number.&amp;nbsp; It took roughly 12 days to get my over charges returned to my card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I asked the agent to submit feedback that PM change their billing to pre-auth the card first then charge on successful activation; I highly doubt they'll change anything, but I tried.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
