My son has forgotten his account email and he wants to upgrade his plan. I've tried the forgot email link but it just sends a code to the email he can't remember. How else can I figure out the email he used?

You can conduct a search for the “Welcome to PM”? email used from all possible email addresses.

We did this with every single email any of us have.

They just told me to use the forgot email option or get my son to message them. He can't login to his account or the community because he can't remember the email. How on earth is he supposed to get in touch?

hi @Keegan10 "They" means PM CS agent? Reply the message and ask them to help to either help to find the email address used or help to change to another one
