Hi Public Mobile

How do I download payment receipts from previous years? Is only 12 months downloadable? I'd like to request payment receipt since the date of joining Public Mobile. Thank you,

sorry, online only has 12 months history

you can try to ask CS agent and see if they can prepare you older ones. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

Unfortunately, PM invoice only goes back 12 months or 1 year.

@PM_KIM as stated below only 12 months history on file. However, if you pay with your credit card each month, you can sign into your cc acount and download up to about 3-4 years history.

Alternatively you can contact your bank for statements to be mailed to you showing the the debits. Draw back is that some banks charge 10$ per monthly statements. So depending on how many years you are looking for, will be hundreds of dollars they will debit your account.
