How many minutes/messages are included with the add on purchase

if I don’t purchase the add on, when I’m in the USA does that mean I won’t have any cellular coverage?

@Albert82 The USA talk and text add on includes unlimited talk and text. If you don't buy a USA add on the only thing that works is receiving texts but you won't be able to send/reply to them.

Unlimited calls to most US and Cdn numbers..for 15 days (360 hours)

Without add-on, you'll receive SMS messages...you just won't be able to send.

Make sure you have a volte enabled phone for best talk results while in US...otherwise you're going to need a phone that will drop to 2G for talk...USA has shut down the 3G networks.

hi @Albert82 if you buy roaming with talk , it will be unlimited calling to Canada and US and free inbound calls too

The answers this far are bang on. Test to make sure you have VoLTE before you go through, otherwise calls may not work.

1) Temporarily turn wifi off

2) Ensure you're connected to either th 4G/LTE or 5G network

3) Make a test call

4) After the call connects, look at the top of your screen. If you're still connected to 4G/LTE or 5G, you have VoLTE. If the call drops to 3G when the call connects, you don't.

5) Turn wifi back on if desired
