    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need help, I've just yesterday signed up for the service in the proccess of transfering my old phone number to public mobile I have recieved a message from PM saying that there is an issue with the transfer and I will be contacted by the agent- Still waiting.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried also sumbiting a ticket -which does not work - error 404&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Correct, ticket is out of order for a quite a while... &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would suggest you have your PM account in order first - pay, have SIM working as expected, pick ANY number, confirm all services are working as expected (calls in/out, SMS in/out, data) AND only then initiate number transfer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mind you - both accounts (old and PM) have to be active.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
