I want to cancel the $45 for 60 GB subscription but can't do anything until I get the new SIM delivered. The only option on the site is "Resume Activation". I already paid for 3 months subscription.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now they have the cheaper boxing week promos on the site... You &lt;EM&gt;might&lt;/EM&gt; have some success there given you have not received the services that you have paid for.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I talked to CS_Agent and they will refund me the amount for the line I paid for and not activated yet. The SIM Card payment is non-refundable. I requested to proceed with the refund.
