I this error message when opening the app

It happen 50% of the time

@OlivierR usually close the app and relauch and it should be fine

you can also try to uninstall the PM app first, then clear cache of the default browser on your phone, reboot and reinstall again

You can also try to Log out everytime you used the app and that could avoid the problem next time you login

Actually, I get that error too. It's nothing major to me, I just swipe down and it refreshes the page.
