      <description>&lt;P&gt;Honestly that's to much I just want the Best value for money I'll port to another provider if public cant give me the 40gig for 34$ the way I see it new customer shouldn't even have to jump hoops to get the 40gig if they recently activate 20gig ..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
