      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why am I not eligible to upgrade my existing 3G account to 5G 40GB data at the promo rate of $34/month?&amp;nbsp; This is not right. The option to upgrade should be on my account as Public Mobile should value their existing customers at least as much as new customers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately they are not for existing members.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You are correct though you should be able to. If it's not too much money you are able to upgrade to the 100gb for 50.00$. It's a bit more pricey but if you need all that data it's a nice plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Added: also 60gb for $40. Should be for existing members.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Be patient and I would bet money you will see this plan available to all again in the near future.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
