You are supposed to go into your account and change the SIM card number on the account. Not sure what can be done but send a message to customer service at the link below. Just sim card swap number you can usually do this yourself in your account profile page . However you can’t seem to log in . So use link I provided in first reply to have support do it for you . And you will keep same phone number and plan&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;the carrier I had the sim card with was PUBLIC MOBILE and it seems that it was deactivated in September or October, so I don't think it was given out to a new client. also, i tried calling it and there is no ringer tone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
