      <title>Cannot connect to 5G</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve been on public for a few months now and I have a 5G plan. The entire time I have been unable to connect to the 5G network and my phone is stuck on LTE! I can’t even change to 5G in my phone settings, it’s not an option. I’m in Kingston Ontario if that matters.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It is 5G compatible because I had 5G working when I was using an eSIM in Europe.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And have you tried rebooting the phone also ensure your iOS is up to date if that didn’t help try reset network settings .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;shoukd be at iOS 17.2&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
