Try again incognito/private mode

And or lap top /computer

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons

For most up to date account info

Thank you, I did check my usage but didn’t refresh on my phone. Where do I find incognito/ private mode, I have an iPhone

The first question might be, which plan you are on.

And ensure you tap the little refresher icons on the self serve page to get an uncached version of the information.

@SweetP What plan do you have? The $15 plan, for example, has 250mb which is not much these days. There are changes you can make to settings to minimize data use and you can also see in the phone settings which apps have been using cellular data. If you have an iPhone turn off WiFi Assist, also turn off data altogether except when you need to use it. If you have a plan with more than 250mb could you have done a speed test? At the higher speeds the tests use a great deal of data.
