    <description>&lt;P&gt;What is the error message that you are getting? I have read where some people have indicated same.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you try to buy a voucher instead? You can also call 611 on your phone and buy vouchers to pay that way.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
