    <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded a public subscription and now data and the phone service isn't working and I have tried for help but it's a complete joke. If I can't get any help I'm canceling and moving to a different provider. Public mobile chat box is terrible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try resetting network settings also .
