I joined the reward points without reading that i will be losing my Reward - Loyalty Recognition and Reward - AutoPay equal to $6 Anyway I can go back to that and cancel the reward point program ?

Unfortunately once you switch over, there is no going back.

@Vicc - once you switch to Public Points, there is no going back. Sorry, if that was unclear when you choose Public Points, it is unfortunate. But still...better than nothing!

Ouch. Most unfortunate.

But you are still getting something each month. Most phone carriers such as Telus and Koodo, the parents don't have this.
