    <description>&lt;P&gt;So I just started with public last month and I paid with a prepaid credit card and now when I try to change it to the prepaid card I bought for this month it keeps saying that it can't do the transaction try again later what am I doing wrong, I'm not very tech savvy&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
