Help with plan and aim.

I signed up on the 10th of Dec and on the 13th saw the same $34 but with 40GB instead of 25gb. Is it possible to get upgraded to this/get the difference added on to my plan.

Additionally, I prefer to have an esim, so if I could buy the $5 sim and transfer, that would be ideal. Please help.

@karanjiandani Sorry the 40GB for $34 is only for new activations . Maybe closer to Boxing Day it will be available for all again like it was during Black Friday weekend . And if you want esim instead of physical sim you can simply use the phone you want esim on download the PM app and log into your account . And go ti subscription add on page and buy eSIM . Notice bottom of my screen shot says “ shop SIM card now “ tap it choose eSIM and download and install that’s it

You might want to reach out to a @CS_Agent and see what your options are.

@karanjiandani Apparently there was another deal which was 50GB with 5G for $34 that was within days, minutes or hours of each other. I saw the 40GB, but somebody posted a record of the 50GB plan. It's kind of crazy how many iterations there are of different similar plans floating around that are limited time only...

I don't think they can do anything. You can try to message them and ask formally, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

Or if you really need the plan and you dont mind a new phone number, consider to buy a new sim and setup another account and just cancel your current account (remember to turn off Automatic payment)
