      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp; my old phone had an esim and it is no longer working.&amp;nbsp; I bought a SIM card for another phone but i can't get into my old account because if the eversafe and i can't access my old email either.&amp;nbsp; I need help getting my number back and on the new device.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then you will get code sent to that new sim card to log into your account again .
