Hello. Is there a way to switch from a regular sim card to an eSIM on an existing account?

@Matoot11 Yes there is on the phone you want esim download the PM app and go to subscription add on page . Notice shop SIM card at bottom in my screenshot tap it and choose eSIM . Download and install that’s it . You will keep same phone number and plan no worries

To transfer to eSIM, , you have to buy for $5.

To buy new eSIM, First, download the ap on your new phone, click ⊕ or ⧁ at the bottom left to bring up the menu and go to Subscription & Add-on page, scroll down to the bottom and click Shop SIM Card Now. You can buy and install eSIM from there

Just one peice of knowledge to add here, note that eSIM's are non transferable. Once you transfer to an eSIM, something happens to that phone or you buy a new one, you can not transfer it. You will have to purchase a new eSIM.
