    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/316241"&gt;@HughBillingsley&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there seems to be couple posts lately regarding similar problems after plan change.&amp;nbsp; Yes, you need to engage support to get that sorted out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you message them, please also ask them to escalate for senior supports so they aware of the problem&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I changed plans because my data ran out and the unlimited data was too slow. Immediately upon changing plans, my data stopped working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has happened twice before. Both times required public to do something on their end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also both times the support took waaaaay too long and I was unable to work without data, so I lost money. Please fix this fast.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
