I'm pretty new to PM. I know how to look Up my points. Please help me how to redeem for 'jackpot prizes '

Is that only so often? Under 'all' points redemptions I never see a jackpot option?

One other thing please put my Mother on PM she gets $1.95 per month something on her plan. She doesn't know how to check PM account etc. How does that work please?

@CelticBoy When logging into your account you should notice a rewards portal you can go to to browse the catalogue and there you will find the 15 points to redeem $15 off your bill

I have never seen a jackpot myself. I'm assuming it's a 'once in awhile' thing. I guess we just have to keep checking every so often.

I don't think Public is offering any jackpot prizes anymore @CelticBoy as I don't see any and haven't seen them being available for quite a while now. I redeemed one point the last time there was a jackpot prize available but sadly didn't win.
