      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cannot receive or send pictures threw Facebook messenger, was able to yesterday but not today, missing some calls and texts also , customer service has been zero help, other then suggesting I order a new sim..which will take a week to get here atleast , loosing so much money from work because of these , I wish I had never switched to PM , it’s been trouble from day one&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/358152"&gt;@Rpalmer&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure if a new SIM card will make a big difference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Facebook messenger needs either working data or Wifi connection.&amp;nbsp; Does your data work properly?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which model phone do you have?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A few basic troubleshooting advice:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reboot phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Network reset of phone (this will erase any saved Wifi settings)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Toggle airplane mode on, then off.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try your SIM card in another working phone.&amp;nbsp; This will help determine whether hardware setup issue versus PM service problem.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My data does not work properly and hasn’t since day one, I’m missing calls , texts aren’t always sending , I have restarted , erased network settings, tried my sim in my daughters phone and the same things are wrong..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
