      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to set up a phone for my son.&amp;nbsp; I have purchased the SIM, downloaded the app and chose a phone number and paid for a phone plan.&amp;nbsp; In order to activate the plan PM is trying to send a text to the new number. I am unable to receive the verification text as the phone is not set up and there is no data. What am I missing?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
