    <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried an eSIM download, and even though the app had green ticked my IMEI, it didn't work. I bought and inserted a physical SIM but I cannot active it, the app continues to ask for an eSIM to be downloaded (without success).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had a ticket ref. 359283-138 yesterday which directed me to buy a physical SIM. How to proceed from here? No phone number to use as a reference when trying to contact help and in the circle of hell when trying to use "chat".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
