      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is the context to my situation. During Black Friday, I managed to get the $34/month for 40GB 5G deal, and I selected it to change my subscription on the renewal date of my old plan, which is today. This morning, I got a charge on my credit card for $34 + tax, from Public Mobile. When I go to the app however, it tells me that my old subscription is on hold, because I didn't pay for its renewal ($117/90 Days). I can't seem to find any indication on the app that shows me my new plan which should be the Black Friday deal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To make it worse, I can even see my $34 + tax payment in the payments page!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Support leads to a 404 page which is useless.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please Help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ben&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Its weird. It charged me $34 as a top up, added it to my "available funds" and it is trying to renew my old 90 day plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If payment shows correct info screen shot it &amp;nbsp;along with your top up amount for $34 so you can show &amp;nbsp;to support if something goes south . But under my account go on hold on my renewal day too and I still have service and I just ignore it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
