      <description>&lt;P&gt;I wanted to activate with Public Mobile and they charged me 40$ right away(since when do we pay the service immediately??) anyways i payed and the remove the money from my account and when i tried to continue the activation it asked me to pay again??? I want a refund and i dont plan on continuing with this company&lt;/P&gt;</description>
