    <description>&lt;P&gt;Follow bup issue. the plan shown in my account and my renew date is today. I have paid $39 for the 40 G 5 G data , however, the plan is dispeared from my account again. Now public mobile said there is no subscription for my phone and my account is blocked. Could you help a.s.a.p? I have paid .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/352897"&gt;@Lu5&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;maybe browser cache problem.&amp;nbsp; Try using Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to login My Account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check the Upcoming subscription as well as click Change Subscription and go to the Change page, you should see it showing a plan change is scheduled&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can check your upcoming plan in the payments tab in the public mobile app. In the overview page, click the small + in the bottom right, and go in ‘Payments’. In that page it will show you the upcoming payment, plan and plan details.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
