However my phone number is currently in active as I cancelled my plan with previous carrier. So now I am subscribed with Public Mobile plan but cannot receive verification code to access my account. What to do now please help me!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you port your number over before you cancelled it? In order to start, you have to request the transfer from your previous carrier,&amp;nbsp; keeping your account open with their sim so that you can reply to the verification email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you cancelled it prior to porting over, try and call them back and explain the situation to see if they can re-activate your previous phone&amp;nbsp; number so that&amp;nbsp;you can request port again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you cancelled your account before the porting process, you will need to pick a new number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a very slim chance if your old number was originally picked from Telus or Koodo. You can try pm a CS_Agent to see if they can help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the number was from another carrier…you are out of luck and pick a new number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don’t remember who you got your number.
