    <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't get your hopes up. All l got after messaging them was activation made to a random number so they can make a 'refund request' or I go buy a regular sim card so not much help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So after messaging, I was told to go and buy a regular sim card which I didn't want to do so I asked for a refund and was told it would take 10-15 business days longer which is longer than my trip in Canada.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Now, when trying to log in to the account I see it has been activated to some number as it keep asking me for SMS code to verify it when logging into the account which I don't have access to.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Not sure what to do at this point stuck without phone service and without money &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, so I paid $34+tax and tried to do esim activation through the app which failed 4 days ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After being advised by CS agent to go and buy a regular sim card to complete the activation process, I went ahead and bought one but now when I'm pleading with them to activate the sim card, I am being asked a gazillion questions about account pins and numbers which were never given to me in the first place.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And also I see a random number has been put on my account that I need to use as sms verification to access my public mobile app and essentially locking me out if it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So here I am with $34 and another _5 dollars plus tax and 4 days spent and still without phone service that I paid for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise what to do in my situation&lt;/P&gt;</description>
