    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a similar problem of being charged for my first month twice after signing up on Black Friday. I have sent 2 messages to &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and have not received a response. I also always get the oops! Error when trying to submit a ticket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I signed up for the Black Friday promo and was prompted to pay for my first month and sim card at sign up. When the sime card arrived I was prompted for payment again when I was activating my card. I've been trying to submit a ticket to possible have someone look into this but Everytime I try to start a ticket there's an "oops something went wrong" error. I just want some help from actual people why is that so difficult.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
