      <description>&lt;P&gt;I followed all the steps, and at the final step this error happened.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have Koodo esim card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;tried to contact the CS but I keep receiving a blank page once I try to contact an agent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;they already dictate the money.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No I didn’t activate the esim with Public Mobile and I didn’t receive any text/email from them or QR code. That’s why I want to contact a human agent but I can’t&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
