Hi, I have been having problems with incoming calls/texts. Whenever anyone calls me, it goes straight to voicemail for that person. But If I can call the person and it works.

Are you a new customer? Just ported your number over? It might be an incomplete port.

What about data?

Yes I am a new customer that has ported my number over and my data does work.

then your port is stuck. You will be able to send texts, call out, but unable to receive texts or calls.
