      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am writing this because of service issue. I registered the service Nov 18 and i just found out i cannot get any phone calls and texts from friends and coworkers who use different company(like fido and rogers) phone service. I can only get phone calls and text from tellus or public &amp;nbsp;mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/348676"&gt;@Jyhwang&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure if it is a porting issue since you can receive call and texts from some people.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may want to try a network reset of phone. &amp;nbsp;Note this will erase your saved Wifi password settings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
