I'm trying to buy the $5 minutes add on but it won't process the payment for $1?

@CrazyGnome Can you elaborate, it sounds like you are trying to pay $1 for something that costs $5.

I have $4 in my account. $4+$1=$5

It adds the tax so it is $1.12 total.

@CrazyGnome So you're not able to process the $1.12 (although wouldn't the tax would be on the $5 not the $1)? You can contact customer service via this link

Just so you know an agent was able to add the $5 add on to my account. Thanks
