      <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid for a subscription, yesterday, but couldn't access it because I'm not in Canada.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then when I tried to contact Public the chat line was already closed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, I can't sign in to my account at all, but am caught in an AI generated loop&lt;/P&gt;</description>
