      <description>&lt;P&gt;Most likely porting was not complete or it failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does your account says it is Active? and shows your plan?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you at least call out? What number other party sees? Did you follow porting procedure to the letter?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
