How to cancel my order immediately? Do i have to ask help from my credit card company?

don't work with credit card yet, work with PM CS agent first. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

DO NOT contact credit card company to issue chargeback. You will banned from PM to use credit card for 12 months.

Contact agent and explain situation. They might cancel your order and do a refund.
