      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/295385"&gt;@Kentmc&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;are you in US or in Canada?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are in Canada, you only need your US long distance add-on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are in US, yes, you need your US roaming talk.&amp;nbsp; With US roaming talk, make sure you are connected to AT&amp;amp;T or T-Mobile.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try reboot your phone and test again&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/295385"&gt;@Kentmc&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;first reboot your phone and try again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And, on your ticket of this post, you said "International Call", and you also mentioned you got US long distance package, please login My Account and confirm which long distance addon you got and if you have any minutes left.&amp;nbsp; The International LD one won't work for calling US&lt;/P&gt;</description>
