Hello,

I will be traveling to Thailand for roughly a month and will be using and installing an eSim service for data abroad. Will this affect my current public mobile subscription in any way? Or will it be unaffected?

It will be unaffected. Your PM SIM will not work there so you will be dependent on the eSIM

Edited to add: Handy1 has a very valid point about it depending on if your PM sim is an eSIM
