My sim card was damaged, can I use my esim to activate my account? It's only 15 digits when I try to put it in my phone.

Yes you can but you need to purchase eSIM for $5 and change the SIM Card Number in your account in the Profile section but the SIM is more flexible in swapping into different devices where eSIM need to purchase for each device.

@ehlersroadecho If your existing customer . You will need to buy the eSIM . With phone you want the eSIM in log into the PM app and go to subscription add on page . Notice in my pic shop sim now . Select it and choose eSIM download and install that’s it
