      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to update my email address. The email that is associated with my account is deactivated. Every time I try to update it is tries to send a code to the old email address. Is there a way to update your email without having the code be sent to an old email address?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you log in it should give you an option to send the code to your phone number instead.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/358741"&gt;@Will_kin&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Even though the email address is deactivated it should still work for signing in to your account since it is basically just a user ID. &amp;nbsp;Once in your account then you can change the email address in your Eversafe Profile to the email you want the code sent to in future. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
