If you feel your data usage should only be 30GB and it says you used 60GB already, you can reach out to a CS Agent to investigate and give you the answer why.

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

data has been turned off to my phone saying i have used 60gigs (what is in my plan) going into my account under data usage and adding all the transfered data numbers up does not equal anything near the 60gigs in my plan and the data tracker on mky phone says only 30.45 gigs used since my plan renewal last month.
