My parents have been locked out of their account for months, when clicks forgot password, it comes up “user locked out”, any idea how to fix this?

@Jazzy3 if you already tried Forgot password and didn't help, please engage support and they can sort it out for you

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

He can’t get into anything if he try to log in to anything it says user locked out
