    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am unable to access my voicemail all of a sudden. it was working fine, not sure what changed. When I press 1 and call it says "USSD code running" and then "Connection problem or invalid MMI code". I have tried going into voicemail settings and in the set up spot putting my phone number like what I read on other peoples chats with this issue and it is still not working.&lt;BR /&gt;If I hold down the 1 button then it works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
