Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it .       <description>&lt;P&gt;Remove autopay and your account will be closed after 90 days of no pay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SIM from PM usually arrives within 5-10 business days but there are many cases when it took a little bit more time. Give it another week and then ask for SIM replacement. A lot of mail get lost or gets stolen these days so it is not always PM's fault.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
